Follow-up sequences automatically send reminder messages to customers who haven't responded to your initial review request.

How Follow-Ups Work

  1. 1Go to Settings > Automations
  2. 2Enable follow-up sequences
  3. 3Configure up to 3 follow-ups
  4. 4Set delay days between each follow-up
  5. 5Customize follow-up messaging

Follow-ups automatically stop when a customer leaves a rating.
