Sending Your First Review Request

Send your first SMS or email review request.

Once you have customers imported, sending your first review request is simple.

  1. 1Go to your dashboard
  2. 2Select a customer or use Quick Send
  3. 3Choose SMS, Email, or both
  4. 4Preview your message
  5. 5Click "Send"

Each SMS uses 1 Flow Credit. Emails are unlimited on all plans.
